Hello Jerry. Yep you are absolutely right. It is about the mission. And maybe I am looking at it all wrong, but if it were not for those that make up PGR there wouldn't be a mission. I guess like has been said if it weren't for those folks in Topeka there wouldn't have been the need for the PGR either. So to me I just see State officials offering a thank you to a group. For doing something the state has no ability or jurisdictioin to do themselves. And for the PGR showing the gratitude to our own brothers and sisters whom have sacrificed and given so much of themselves.
Just a thank you for a job well done. Don't thank it is anything more.
