IndianRay (and owner Joe) have gave us some really good rates this year, so we are going back to see them.

There will be a group ride on Friday for anyone that wants to leave EARLY on Friday morning (probably around 8am) from Bee Branch. However, we will have stops in Harrison or you can just meet us up in Eureka Springs.

Doubles and Queens are $52.00/Night
Kings are $59.00/Night
There are 6 King Size Jacuzzi Rooms for $89.00
10 of the rooms are smoking. Building B has 12 rooms, ice machine and Large Hot tub right outside the door. And is pretty private.
Located just across the street is a convenience store, liquor store and a 5 minute walk to Shawbee's saloon. And of course pool with Hot Tub too.

There will be a LIMITED number of coolers this year. If anyone is taking a cage and wants to HAUL a couple of coolers...let me know. Otherwise, we will just get our drinks (beer) once we get there and maybe pick up some disposable styrofoam coolers.

We'll probably go out for dinner both nights (just like last year)...but I am OPEN to any comments and suggestions.

There will be a SCENIC RIDE on SATURDAY MORNING (probably about a 2 hour ride)...very relaxed. There also may be a group riding to Branson on Saturday morning (they have a car show on Saturday). More about the rides between now and the party.

NOTE: Sunday morning, if people want to group up for a ride back that's fine...but for the most part...on the ride home after the party...everyone is on their own.
